Overview

Entire Consultants has delivered building services advisory, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), lifecycle planning and specialist technical reporting across a wide range of property types throughout New Zealand. Many of our engagements are confidential due to commercial sensitivity, acquisition processes, and legal considerations; however, the following provides an indicative overview of the breadth and complexity of our recent work

Retail & Commercial

We have undertaken multiple building services assessments and lifecycle reviews for major national retail portfolios, including large-format retail centres, supermarket tenancies, and mixed-use commercial buildings. Our involvement has included TDD reporting for acquisitions, LTMP development, and risk-based CAPEX forecasting across sites in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Healthcare & Medical Facilities

Our experience includes significant advisory work within healthcare environments such as medical centres, aged-care facilities, specialist clinics and hospital-related assets. These engagements have involved technical due diligence, compliance reviews, HVAC lifecycle assessments, and vendor-side reporting to support lease negotiations and operational risk planning.

We have supported a range of education providers from primary to tertiary level, providing LTMPs, building services health checks and technical reviews of HVAC, electrical and life safety systems. Our work has included both existing campus reviews and assessments to support future development planning.

We have carried out building services assessments for industrial and manufacturing facilities, including processing plants, warehousing, logistics, and specialist production environments. Our residential sector experience includes advisory work for apartment buildings, mixed-use developments and body corporate assets. Typical engagements include lifecycle planning, condition surveys, defect reviews and technical support related to compliance, remediation, and capital renewal.

We have delivered vendor reports, lifecycle reviews and technical assessments for hotels, serviced apartments and accommodation facilities across the North and South Islands, supporting both acquisition decisions and long-term maintenance planning.
